You all know how things go, the one time no treatment goes into the gas can and the petcock leaks by. At least my luck is consistent...........

Ah, the old, "If it weren't for bad luck, I wouldn't have any luck", syndrome.

Definently a grody looking carb. My experience is thats not from ethonol as it usually has the opposite effect and though it may eat the gaskets out it leaves the lines and bowl clean as a hounds tooth.

Got another question for you guys. I've been using the kodiak all winter for plowing duty, and it's burned up several tanks of fresh, treated fuel. The carb is clean and has not been adjusted.
The problem is I have to keep the choke open to keep it running, and even when I do it runs a bit rough. It's stalled a few times while idling. If it's warm and I put the choke to 0 it shuts off just like if I hit the kill switch.
I initially thought it might be a little junk left in the carb, but now that it's had this much run time put on it I'd think that would be gone. I'm wondering if I hooked up the breather tubing on the carb wrong when I put it back on, anyone have a schematic of how it's hooked up so I can check my work?
