I've got a new one in the box that I'll sell for $55 and I'll pay shipping. I have the pickup for the 400ex and one for the Raptor.
I got it free for helping in the R&D work for the Raptor. The first two cables that we tried didn't fit correctly. The new one that I have is supposed to work good, but I got tired of messing with it.
I can send pictures to show its condition if you are interested in buying it.

It looks fairly easy to intall. Trailtech said it should take roughly an hour. Check it out at http://www.trailtech.net/

Yeah, I don't thing you'd have any trouble with the install. You'll need a hand drill or cordless screwdrive and a bit to drill a hole in the rotor stone guard to fix the pickup device to.
The epoxy used to hold the magnet to the wheel is included as are zip ties to help in routing the cable.
