Also that screw I was talking about with the cable i now know that that adjusts the throttle. Clockwise increases the RPM and Counter Decreases. That is not what I should have turned in all the way. The 2 1/2 turn thing is said to go to the pilot screw located on the bottom of the carb towards the front where the engine throat is. This link helped me out with this.

Well I finally fixed her and she runs great. Here is a link to the vids I posted on how to rebuild the Carb. They are very extensive and I am sure someone can appreciate it. Thanks for all the help fellers. Here is the link to the vids. There are three. Taking off, rebuild, and putting back on bike.
