I'm sorry Ron if I was rude to you when you called me at home. As I stated, it sort of freaked me out. It just wasn't a normal response.

I guess it's just hard for me to deal with the fact that I personally spent at least an hour working on responses to your e-mails over the last month, and then you zap us by saying we didn't keep you informed, and weren't responsive to your requests.

Over 200 people have read your inital slam of our company, and only 57 have read your retraction. You're right, it's gonna be hard to forgive someone I thought we were taking care of.

Please tell us how you like the cam and piston kit. We're always more than willing to help with tuning questions and anything else that may arise.

Gotta side with Pam here, I'd be a might bit miffed at someone calling me at home about something that goes on at my place of employment. As for Powroll's products I know of several people that have had stroker jobs done to their motors and are totally satisfied with the work. I believe they are considered one of the best four stroke shops available. We've all been a bit peeved at times about something not being delivered as scheduled but c'mon it isnt that serious is it?

 

Calling Pam at home was totally out of line. I'd have ripped his head off too.
