2001 kodiak 400

Default 2001 kodiak 400

hey guys,
I have purchased this bike with no spark.i checked the stator,and pickup.replaced the rectifier and new coil.checked the timing,kill and ignition switches all check good.does anyone have any ideas left other than cdi box.thanks

spark plug? coil wire itself? those were the only 2 things you didn't mention replacing.

sorry replaced plug and plug wire with coil,but thanks anyway

its hard to replace that cdi that's 300$.im just not for sure that's what it is.its not melted at all on the outside, but that doesn't mean anything.

are you getting any readings with your ohm meter/multimeter while cranking?

which reading are you talking about.
no haven't tried to take any reading while cranking.
