ok, just got back from Little Sahara. I have a 400ex with a $160 piston and a $112 camshaft. (416 11to1) Stock exhaust, stock air filter.
Ran into a stock Raptor, raced 5 times, beat him 4 out of 5 times, both had sand shark 20x11x9.
Just thought you would want to know.
However, I will be fair and tell the rest of the story. There were 2 others with a different airfilter (it was orange) and the carbon fiber GYTR pipe, other than that totally stock. Both beat me by about 3-4 bikes every time.
Must be a hell of a pipe, or they are extremely governed down as a stocker.
Just thought I would pass on some facts.
A buddy of mine gets a Raptor in a few weeks, I will report on how I do on cement and dirt vs him.

Putting a pipe on a 400ex is a waste of money! read ATVsport or Dirt Wheels. Both articles state they aren't that great of an improvement. However, they seem to be a big improvement on the Raptor, that is what I was trying to convey. However, if you must ask...
