Well I'm at the point where I'd like to go into the motor and put in a high compression piston and maybe a cam and some porting. Any of you guy's currently running a similar setup? What have you done and how do you like it?

I put in the Powroll piston and cam. We started it up today and it runs so smooth. It revs quick and I can tell a big power difference. The true test will be the dunes.

RW660,

Did you install the piston and cam yourself, or the dealer? If dealer how many hours did they charge you?

Just trying to size up my next project :-). Are you required to run racing fuel for the high compression piston?

Looking forward to your response. Thanks!

Dealer installed. Because of my elevation "5,000 ft" I can run 1/2 race fuel and 1/2 premium. I am going to try it out tomorrow. It sounds and idles just like stock but when you hit the throttle it jumps!!! I also put a swingarm extension on made by JT Products. The front end now stays on the ground and the extension looks great. My dealer was really impressed with the design and strength.

Thank's for the info. Where did you notice the biggest power gains, low, mid, or top?

I haven't had it to the dunes yet. I probably will not make it out until this weekend. I do know the bottom end has more get up and go. They also flowed my head.

RW660 are you going to the St. Anthony dunes or coming down to Little Sahara? I heard that there was still snow at St. Anthony but can't wait to ride up there again.
