Powroll Comes Through Big Time

After my bad experience with Powroll last week the President of the company contacted me and apologized for the way I had been treated. My cam is on the way!!!! I take back everything I said!!!

Good to hear. The president of Powroll knows what sells products....and it's not rude people.

I take back my previous thoughts since you called her at home. I don't blame her...work is best dealt with AT WORK.
Pam...I apologize for casting judgement before learning of the full story.

As soon as I informed them that I entered a poor response on ATV-Connection, they responsed very quickly. I am sure they were very aware of it. They have now done everything to make sure I am taken care of.

How's that CT exhaust? Have you run it against any other pipes? I haven't seen one up close, but it looks as if it sticks out past the rear bar. Does it? If any, what precautions have you taken to ensure if you flip, the pipe won't be damaged?

I appreciate your help, I need to make a decision soon. Thanks!

Thanks for saying you would rip my head off. I didn't call her to harrass her but only to ask if the cam had been shipped. True I shouldn't have called her at home but I am a CPA and clients call me at home constantly which I don't mind because if they have a problem I want to help solve it. She is an employee so it is a didn't situation but still she could have said sorry but we were having problems and it got shipped a day late. What is nice is the one customer can make a difference and I did big time. They responded. I realize that ATV-Connection has to cater to the dealers and manufactors. I spoke against the company, not her. As the moderator you just attacked me personnally and then lock the thread.

I do very much appreciate your forum!!!

Powroll has EXCELLENT products! I have dealt with Tom Walton, and he has been nothing but courteous, friendly, and VERY helpful!

I had an experience where there was a credit card error (we somehow got our numbers crossed and it was refused by the actual card holder) When the accounts receivable dept called (I think it was Pam?) she was very polite, and we found the mixup quite quickly!

Powroll gets 2 thumbs up from me!

Pam, be ready for a flurry of orders! It seems every time something negative or controversial comes up so does publicity, and the truly smart people watching see the REAL truth, and sales go up!

RW660, what do you think of your cam?
