I have a 94 blaster. It has a fmf fatty pipe with a power core 2 silencer, delta v-force reeds, k and n air filter, and i jsut recently go tit bored over .40 and got a new wiseco piston. The guy said it blew because i was goin full speed and it was gettin enough gas to the piston. Is this true? well i got it all back together and saw that it wasnt using any oil and luckily when i finished the job i put extra oil in the tank or else it probably would have blown again. i bled the oil pump and then it started using the oil. i was just out ridin today and goin at differnt speeds to break it in. It was feelin powerless like it had a little bog to it and at 1 point acted like it was gonna stale. Does anyone have any suggestions on hwy it runs like this, and what size main jet and pilot jet should i have in it with all the extras i got? anything anyone has will be a help thanx. and also i added 4 oz of injection oil to the gas just incase the oil injection wasnt working. Do u think the problem is all the oil is fouling the plug and casuing it to bog. PLease respond thanx.

I had a similar problem to this. My Blaster was in the shop four weeks ago because it did not have any compression. They Bored it .40 over with a new wiseco piston. I got the thing back on a Monday. I broke it in for 5 days of riding slow(this sucks). After about five laps around the track the things bogged down and stalled out. I took it back to the place that fixed it. The piston was once again messed up. They think the Oil injector failed causing the piston to go bad. I should be getting it back soon. I would check for compression and check the spark plug. But it sounds like it could be your Oil Injector. Hope this helps.
