My bro has a 2000 Yamaha warrior 350 his countershaft sprocket is leaking at the seal (may have put too much oil in at one time or another) what is involved to fix? A case split? Let me know thnks

Should be able to remove the sprocket, possibly the bushing and pop the old seal out. Set up like most Japanese and Europeans on the sprocket seal.Even my old Honda is set up the same way. May have to replace the o-ring behind the bushing along with the seal if damaged. Plus wouldn't hurt to use a little blue loctite around the outer part of the seal the way Ktm recommends. It does help. Items# 41-46 on the parts break down.
