Default 2007 350 Wolverine

So I've recently bought a 2007 350 Wolverine,
The previous owners added ITP Mud Lite tires.
The tires are great and all but not on a wolverine for how I ride.
The dimensions are 25-10-12, What's wrong with this setup is if I try to do a donut or fly around a corner with such a small wheel base I fly up on 2 wheels and have to push off so as to keep from flipping it. The tires have done well in the mud the only time I've gotten stuck was because it bottomed out in a mud hole with no wheels touching. So I've bought 2" wheel spacers and next will be tires but my first instinct had been to buy Kenda Bearclaws, the problem is I could only get them in 25-10-12 and I want the tires to be default size so I was thinking of buying Kenda Klaws will the Klaws hold up in mud or just dig in and would they be suitable?

Also when I ride the exhaust backfires slightly wen I let off I was thinking it could be air escaping from the exhaust but I noticed on the forum that some people had trouble with this an the idle just had to be a bit less lean. it just kind of pops lightly.
