I have only riden my raptor 3 times and the sprocket hub is slightly loose on axle. I have tightened the axle nuts and they are not loose. Maybe the splines are defective? Anyone else have this problem?

What the problem is, is that your axle nuts are tight together but not tight on the axle, if you get what i mean. take the outside nut lose and back it up a bit then tighten the inside nut as tight as you can. this will cure the problem. happened to mine also and this cured it. oh you might wanna get some thread lock and put some on so it stays tight in the future.

Thanks for the info but I already did that. The nut against the brake rotor hub is very tight (200ft-lbs) and has locktite on it. Nuts remain tight but sprocket spline still manages to come loose.
