1988 Yamaha 350 big bear will it hurt my engine to drive with speed limiter screw out
I have a Yamaha 350 big bear and the speed limiter screw by the throttle lever on the handle bar is taken out I am wondering if it's ok to drive like that. Would it do any damage to the engine within he next few years or is it ok? Please help

I had one of those ATVs. The ATV was geared so low that in 5th gear in high range the motor would scream at only 45mph, it was like it needed a 6th gear.
I just judged rpm by ear. I thought that adjustable throttle was just for setting in up if kids were riding in and you did not want them to go fast.
More of a throttle control then a rev limiter.
