I hope they have some more recent pics, those are 8 years old. It would be nicer if it were a 2002, that was the first year the Big Bear had selectible 4x4. 2001 and older were full-time 4x4. Still if it runs ok and the 4x4 still works, $1300 sounds like a reasonable price assuming there isn't anything wrong with it. That's right at the low end retail price according to NADA.

Yeah, $1300 is a good starting point. If that's what they're listing it for, offering a bit less is normal. Offering $500 would be a bit of an insult but making an offer of $1000 would be reasonable. They're tough, solid machines. Not fast but I'm sure you already knew that. I just checked my local craigslist, there are 2 similar to this but they're wanting quite a bit more, one for $1800 and the other for $2000 so that makes this one look like a pretty good deal if the condition is good.
