This is amazing! I keep having stupid trouble with my transmission. Not inside the case (that spares me lots of work), but all those parts in the right side case (linked to the shifter). In november, the bolt that limits the travel of the shifter and holds the spring broke in half (it took me 2 days to get it out of its hole). And now, all the parts attached to the shifter shaft are loose (and I'm getting a new one...49cdn isn't that big a deal)...I was just wondering, is everyone else here always repairing those stupid stuff?

Could these problems be caused by the previous owner (i got the bike last july), he was heavy and rude (he broke the swingarm shock bracket), while I'm not heavy (150) andnot harder than I was on my 125KX (that held up flawlessly). Should I be smoother or will things settle?

And again...am I the only one?

 

My quad has been holding up fine our last few rides...you must not be riding correctly. LOL
