I bought a Pro Design Kill Switch for my Raptor. I took it to my dealer to get it installed, and he said something about they couldn't figure out how to install it without it messing up the Raptor's electronics?? or something like that. Anyway, if any of you have a Kill Switch installed on your Raptor, how did you or your dealer install it?

Thanks

I have the same kill switch on my raptor steve, which I installed myself. It takes about 10-25 minutes to do depending how **** you are about things looking nice. There should be 2 wires comming off the kill switch. The black is the ground which you can connect to anything that is grounded to your bike. The other wire (I can't remember if it is red or not) will be connected to the orange wire comming out of the front of the CDI \. This is on the left side of your frame next to your remote oil reservoir. The orange wire comes out and kind of goes up towards your handle bars. You can splice into it wherever you like, I put mine as high as possible to keep it away from the elements. Go to your local Radio Shack and they should be able to hook you up with the right stuff use on the connections. I have had no problems with my electronics!!
