Just finished the test the if the light comes on it starts if not it just clicks I already replaced the solinoid this is driving me crazy is there a way to test the solinoid

" if it (the light) doesn't but the solenoid clicks, you have a faulty solenoid." So you have a faulty solenoid. You can get this fault with a slightly low battery, a very low battery will cause the solenoid to buzz.
