The wires between the battery and regulator. They can get a high resistance due to a partially broken wire or bad earth and the regulator will not charge if it doesn't get a signal of true battery voltage. Could also be a dud new component. You should have checked what the voltage across the battery was with the engine running, before and after changing each component, should be between 13v and 14.5v. Can also be a drain due to a fault somewhere else on the bike. Disconnect a battery terminal and check with an ammeter between the battery terminal and the wire going to it. With ignition off, it should be milliamps.
