The little black tors box is disconnected. No difference with it on or off.

 

Changed out the stator and the coil and now it runs great. I'm thinking that it was actually the coil because if I switch back to the old one, it only fires one cylinder. I tried changing the plug wires on old coil but I wasn't getting anything on one of the coil outputs at all.

Runs perfect now.
