Let's see here. Yamaha = Pianos, ATv's, Televisions, Motorcycles, turntables, keyboards, stereo amps. Tell me whats the difference? Cannondale is making mechanical devices, Yamaha makes a lot of different things. Your analogy sux.

If cannondale were smart, and wanted a bike that looked nice, they wouldve kept it the way the original pictures had it looking like. when i first saw it i thought it looked great, then i saw the updated version, and it looked like sh*t. i agree it does look like a mini quad too, well the plastics do anyway

Olds GUTLESS??? Ever run against a 68 442? Gutless my A$$!!! Owned 3 Cutlass' and loved every V8 powered one of em. As for the Cannondale, good for them. I hope the sport quad market keeps growing. Not gonna give up my Raptor for one but heck the more sport machines out there the better. I'd be happy if schwinn made quads too!

I agree with you minehunter, it's amazing what the big conglomorate companies can make, and make very well. Kawasaki makes huge barges that travel across the oceans. Bombardier makes executive Jet planes, Honda makes their own brand of cars as well as the Acura line. I could go on and on--You get the right people to engineer these things and you can come up with a quality product.

I personally feel the Cutlass is "Gutless"! Big ol luxury muscecars, not in the same vein as say a Hemi Cuda or 440+6 RoadRunner, but nice cars none the less.
