Need some help figuring this one out. I have a 93 big bear. Everything seems to work ok. With the exception that I only have11st gear... Can you shift this quad while in low... Or only high... I'm stumped. Only has 250 miles in it. It's only been used to plow snow... There's no grinding or anything. Easy to get into first. But I feel nothing after that... Any ideas?

 

Yes, you can shift through all the gears in L or H, and you can only move the H/L/R gear into if your foot is on the rear foot brake.

Might be a linkage thing on the left side under the clutch cover, but more likely one of the shift arms that ride on the shifting cylinder have broken.

But are you saying you CAN shift through all the gears in high or no?
