I just moved to a new neighborhood...and have not had a chance to meet the neighbors. I notice the one of my neighbors has this offroad bike/scooter type thing. I know it's not an ATV...but it has knobbies and sounds like a little 2 stroke of some kind. They were jumping it and riding wheelies all around the backyard.
It is not really small...But it was shaped somewhat like a dirt bike...Not a step through scooter if you know what I mean.
Has anyone ever seen anything like this (It's not a fat cat either)? It looks brand new...But I can't seem to find any info on the net. Just interested in what the heck it is.... If I see them out again, I will ask.
Seems like a nice little toy for cruising the roads at camp. (quad is illegal there)

 

Dude, I don't have a clue. My first thought was a Big Wheel or Fat Cat. Then again I thought about a Bigfoot Goped but you ruled them all out with your description. I will keep an eye out. Try looking around eBay. You might find one on there.

 

I guess I'm not ruling out the fat cat ...I'm going to look around a bit more though. I remember an old friend had one...don't recall it looking like that...

 

It's probably a Honda Cub - red and white, kinda aerodynamic looking things with a low flat seat. Small scooter type tires.
