The float needle is not sealing properly, it could just be dirt stuck between needle and seat, or it could be a worn needle, I guess it also could be the float height wrong or the float with a hole in it, but most likely dirt. Try turning fuel tap off and running out of fuel, then turn tap on again, this can flush the grit from the needle. If that doesn't work, you will have to take the float bowl off clean the needle and seat, and check the components for wear, float height etc. Blow the jets out with compressed air while you have the bowl off, to ensure everything is working properly.
