2001 Banshee
#1
I have a Few Questions about the Banshee-
1. how loud are they Comapred to a 125cc Dirt Bike
2. How Reliable are the Engines?
3. What are the Top speed of a Banshee Dealers around here been telling me easily 100 Mph I would have to guess there is some B.S. in that.
4. What is the Distance it could go on a Full Tank of gas.
5. How are they in Snow/Mud?
Thanks,
Andy

-Probably about equal in noise to the dirt bike.(stock)
-Engine is quite reliable if taken care of.
-Horrible in the snow.(well at least anything more that 5 inches and not the heavy wet stuff).
-Good on snow if packed down(snowmobile trail)
-100mph? sure if you have the money. A stocker won't do it. Maybe pipes and sprockets.
After market pipes will make it much louder.

1) Stock is quiter than a 125 MC bike.
2) Motor is as reliable as any other 2-stroke.
3) Top speed is about 75mph (stock).
4) Don't know about distance but 2 hours of riding in the dunes about does it.
5) With the stock tires it sux. Replacement tires and snow is awsome. It depends how deep the mud is. I would say a 4-stroke will do better in mud.
