Default 350 Big Bear-Need Help

I bought a used 350 Big Bear, Model # is not readable, but it is between a 1989-97 as it has the shift on the fender. It is red with gold rims and the throttle cable spits into two cables going to the carb. Carb is draining gas out the overflow line and causing a lot of problems. I had a man try and clean it but that did not work. Amazon has some carbs moderately priced but not sure they will work due to the double throttle cables. Can anyone help by telling me what rebuild kit to buy or if the carbs from Amazon will work. On a fixed income so I can not afford a lot of work on a $500.00 bike.
Thanks in advance for any help.

Never come across a carb needing two cables, however a leaky float needle is usually either grit coming down from the tank and jamming in the viton tip of the needle, or the tiny plunger inside the needle sticking. A new needle is the cure for a faulty plunger, but cleaning may not cure the grit, as more will come down and do it again. I have fitted in-line filters to cure this, but the paper element type tends to "air lock" if you run out of fuel and won't let fuel through until you get it "wet" again. Other possibility is a sunk float or someone messing with float level, uncommon with modern plastic floats.
