The carb was leaking fuel out overflow so I took it off, cleaned, and installed new rebuild kit. Not leaking now, perfect. Now the issue is fuel vapor is making it to the breather tube and collecting. Runs great without breather attached to carb, but can see vapor expelled out carb upon giving it throttle. I have adjusted needle jet up and down trying different settings and still the same. I am lost need advice.

 

is the breather tube kinked or plugged?
