Does anyone Know of any after market companys that make a case saver for the raptor i keep throwing my chain. i have even had my cases replaced because they broke. The dealers have checked everything as far as the tension of the chain and the straightness of the axle carrier and it is good so they say.
Thanks for your help in advance

I'd be more concerned with why you keep throwing the chain? Is the proper tension on the chain, etc.?

Amen, raptorguy,

dude you have some serious problems if you are throwing your chain already. These machines have not been out that long to go through a chain.

just my 20 cents

Your bearing carrier is probably misaligned inside the swingarm. It is actually pretty easy to do if you do not line it up with the marks on the arm correctly when you adjust it. A good way to check is to measure from the center of the axle to the center of the front hub on each side and compare numbers. Also, always use the adjustment bolts to move the housing back. If you just pull it back, it will get pulled forward on the sprocket side when you ride because the bolts are not seated against it. This is probably what is causing the chain to throw. Just my thoughts.

Check out the August issue of ATV Sport magazine on page 53. It is a 1/4" Billet Aluminum case saver for the Raptor. Sorry the price is not listed.

My chain has almost 36 hrs on it. Going by owners manuel with 1.6 inch of deflection mine still doesn't need adjusted.
