Default 1985 YFM200N Moto 4 Question

Recently bought a 1985 YFM200N Moto 4 in pieces as my first engine rebuild project. Got the engine back together and have a question to anyone that can help regarding a "Hole" on the top of the crankcase that I can not find any information about. If you look on any of the YFM200 Parts diagrams this is directly below the bolt labeled "7" and next to the breather tube. I also attached a picture of what I am wondering about. I looked on eBay to see what this is and from what I can tell is its a cover of some sort held down by a circlip? Any help/pictures for this would be great!

I got the ATV mounted in the frame today. Got it to run for a second by spraying gas into the carb. However, oil shot out of this hole I am asking about. Meaning there is definitely something that should be there. Again, If anyone could please let me know what goes here that would be really helpful. I cant move forward with rebuilding this machine until I get it to stop spraying oil out. Thanks in advance!

Can you see the fly wheel? if you can it is the hole for your timing mark

It is not the timing hole. I contacted a motor sports store and they were able to locate the part. It is actually on the parts diagram with the clutch components. Weird because the clutch is in the right side case and this is on the left. Part number is 90338-26136-00.

I do have another other question regarding the carb of this atv. From what I understand the carb has a inlet for fuel and behind that is a vent tube? Where would that tube be routed/connected to? The service manuals I have aren’t very clear on this.

Just run it down the frame its just an overflow in case your float sticks. If its the one Im thinking of.
