Default I have to change my clutch. I have a 2001 Yamaha banshee.

So I’m I have a few questions.
1: how many pounds of toque is used when tightening down the new springs?
2: how often should I change the clutch oil?
3: what weight should I use 10/30?
4: I heard 50/50 blue radiator fluid is also supposed to be changed when changing the clutch?
5: while I’m at it should I also change the spark plugs?
