Default 2003 Warrior front drive sprocket nut.

I lost the front chain sprocket nut and washer. I found the sprocket on the ground. What is the part number for a new lock washer and nut?

Also, the threads got a little damaged. What is the thread specs? I will try to chase it with a die, clean it up and use Loctite, hope it holds.

Any other suggestions? It's not a race bike. Just a casual weekend use 6 times a year.

If you already have the correct die, all well and good but it is not a standard pitch for that shaft diameter. I would use a thread file if the damage isn't too bad.

Lock washer is part number 90215-21239-00

Nut is part number 90179-20255-00

Thanks for the info. I ordered the two parts. It sounds like the thread is 18mm but no idea what the pitch is.I’ll have to find a thread file then if a die won't work.

I got a new nut and lock washer. So with the lock washer do I just bend two of the tabs down after the nut is tight?

I don't know quite what your tabwasher looks like, but normally only one tab is folded over. Whichever catches full on a flat on the nut.

Yes, as the folded bits are opposite, two are going to line up with the flats, so looks like they intend you to use two. Can't hurt anyway.

I used Loctite and bent two of the tabs down. Shouldn't come off again.
