Default Yamaha big bear sputtering at high RPMs

My 2000 Yamaha big bear 350 idles good but at high rpm in neutral or in gear starts to sputter and is not getting full power. Cleaned the carb and checked it twice, new spark plug (old one was black due to running rich)

the carb is a zoom zoom aftermarket carb but I have the original, is the jetting wrong on the aftermarket carb or is there something I’m missing? Please help.

Looks like it is jetted wrong. If you can alter the main jet needle, lift it a notch so it lets more fuel through, if you can't, try giving it a bit of choke when it starts to splutter and see if it smooths out. If it does, you are going to need a bigger main jet.
