Default 2001 yamaha warrior 350

Ok I have a 2001 yamaha warrior has new stator coil cdi battery cam timing chain in perfect time valves adjusted perfect good blue fire will not start spits and sputers some when cranked and soaks my hand when held over carb when cranking question is why won't it start at all I don't care if it runs bad I just want it to start at this point and go from their been working on it for three months driving me crazy please help

First thing is clean the carb out, and check for cracks in the inlet manifold. If it still won't start, check compression. If that is over 90psi, check the piston TDC and flywheel timing mark agree with one another.
