So i just found out that on the 2000 model Kodiak 400 that they welded the ball joints in on the A-arms. I noticed that on I believe the 2003 models and up that they are removable ball joints. It seems like I can buy used A-arms for a 2003 relatively cheap but didn't know if they would fit my 2000. Does anyone know if they would swap out or do they have a totally different geometry? Thanks!

 

Bottom one certainly wouldn't as the ball joint is in the knuckle assembly on the 2003, don't know about the top.
