Default 94 warrior rebuilt motor compression loss?

So I rebuilt the motor which was in pretty bad shape when I bought it and the cylinder was a goner and the head had some aluminum build up in it, so I went with a big bore kit cuz why not since the cylinder was toast anyway, so rebuilt it, fired right up, 185lbs compression or so, let it run to temperature shut it down varying throttle and so on and so forth, changed oil! Was gonna take it out for a break jn ride but discovered back bearing were gone so replaced them as well as almost every other suspension or steering component on the bike, was finally set to take er for that break in spin (3 months later) and started it up and she ran for around 30 seconds and just flat lined, done! I checked spark plug and it was carbon fouled, compression is at 0, none! Did I wait too long and rings need redone? Can’t sort it out in my head and wanted to see if any of y’all had a similar problem before I rip it all apart again! Thanks In advance!
