I have replaced all the relays and have fire. It will start but when I press the start button it will act as if its is stuck between piston position. Could it be a weak starter?

"Could it be a weak starter?"
Probably not. Never known a starter to get "weak" except once on a Suzuki LT80. Far more likely to be flat or dud battery, or a bad connection. Yams are rather prone to the earth leads needing cleaning where they contact the frame, but both battery and starter/solenoid leads need to be clean and tight too. A seized starter is possible, as is a seized engine, so check for that. Starters with worn brushes usually work sometimes, and sometimes not, rather than become weak.

Thanks for the reply. It will start and ran. But it is not a "just push start and go" like I would like. Brand new battery, starter solenoid, ignition coil, starter relay switch, fuel filter, air filter. So all that is good. So motor and starter are not froze up.
I posted the video on youtube of the start.

As I wrote above, weak battery or bad connections are the most likely cause. Worn starter mechanism is another. Just done a Recon and it was the idler gear on starter with teeth missing, but a slipping one way starter clutch, behind flywheel, is more common. Check out those cables and battery first though. It is new but may not be charged, or could be a dud.
