Default 86 Moto 4 225 HELP!!!!!!

Ok so I'm not new to ATV's, but definitely new to working on them. Everything so far has been pretty good with rebuilding the engine, but I've got to the sub-transmisson and I'm lost. I bought a service manual for it but it's pretty vague and not very clear on this particular section. So any help would be absolutely appreciated. I've included pictures of the housing and one of all the gears. Also included the few pages of instructions that has me all confused. I just need to know which gear goes where, as well as the two axles. Again thank you so much in advance for any help and information.

I've never rebuilt a yam box but do Hondas and Suzukis regularly. I always pile the gears, washers etc in a stack as I remove them so they go back in the same order, too late now, but you can still follow the exploded parts view. One shaft has a section not splined in the middle, the other hasn't, on the fully splined shaft a circlip (4) goes on next to the inner bearing (2). On other shaft the circlip (another 4) goes on at the outer bearing (9) end so you can't get the shafts the wrong way round if you check where circlip groves are. Looks like you are ready to install 29 tooth gear, so follow the instructions from "4 Install high pinion gear 29T" presumably to the drive axle as next to go on is "circlip (drive axle)" Make sure the gears are the right way round as you fit them.
