I was wonderin if i could take the baffle outta my warrior and be able to get a little more torque or power without rejetting? or would it not do a thing and make it louder? thanks

 

Normally I would say that the gain would be minimal with much noise added.
Since you have already done a bit of a bore and jets...I think you would benefit from letting the engine breath better. It could not hurt to open it up...it will no longer be spark arrested though. I am into quiet machines unless used on the track.
