I need to go 160 miles between refuel points at full speed with a 750 pound raptor (I am only 175 of it) so I realy need that much gas at my type of racing. As far as I know from the net the biggest tank comes from IMS which is 5 gl.Any ideas on where to find 8 gl or where to locate that much gas (without gas pump)on the bike for best handling and rigidity if I build it here in Turkey (Middle East).

Wouww it looked like a puzzle when I read it again, so sad no reward to best answer but good chance to show how Americans like to help the others Thanks

get the ims 5 gal. tank and get a PRM Rack for the back. they have a six pack rack that holds a small cooler (you could carry a gas can) or get one of there racks that hold 2 cans of gas and a cooler. if non of that works I think someone might make a rack (like 4X4's have) for the front and rear.

Hi Timur

You need to do 160 miles = 256 Km , I have done 200 Km on my IMS tank and still had 4 liters of fuel left. 750 pounds = 341 kg , my raptor with my weight = 330 kg.

All you have to do is to get a IMS tank + PRM grab bar that takes 2 x 5 liter fuel cans . You will be able to do the distance , but will have to stop to fill the main tank with the 2 x 5 liter cans.
