Ok i am not out to pick a fight with anyone but if Dirtwheels were to take all these quads and stick money into them you konw what would happen? They would all be so close why would it matter? Each would have its little complaints about each quad and each would have its pluses and in the end would anyone be happy with the mags judgements? NO! everyone would say darn mags dont know crap! This would be a peaceful forum if everyone just posted what they liked about their own quads and not what they hated about everyone elses.

PEACE!

no no jugalo, i just meant it left you 600 dollars to do as you please. But if you put a 505 kit in there, it would rock. (for however much money it costs, probably more like 1200-1500)

If they all get up to 8 grand then the Cannondale would get $800 worth of udgrades. I can get a Cannondale for $7,200 at my dealer.

Around here you can get a 400ex out the door for 5200! thats $2800 in mods!! have sparks do a 465 job +carb. You've got everyone beat... in a drag. Now you have o say.. 1300. A-arms:500 Axle:300 Works Triple W/O Res. $295(Hy-Tech-Atv-Trust me) thats one bad 400ex.

id get a 250 dollar port job on the banshee along with pipes, filter and reeds, and there wont be another quad that will come close... nothing will come close to a modded banshee in the engine dept. Lots o' money left for handling mods, +2 a-arms, +4 axle, works fronts with money to spare..... And the 'shee will handle with the best of em.... besides... the engine is what matters in a quad, handling comes in a distance second.... how many time have you rode another quad and said 'whoa... it handles great"... NEVER... then you hop on your buddies modded Banshee and the 'shee sinks your eyeballs into your skull and your arms cramp up from trying to hold on....and you cant get that ear to ear grin off your face...... the last thing on your mind is "handling".... freakin honda guys with their "handling".... who gives a "poop" about handling when you got a rocketship, besides, like I said, some +2 a arms, extended axle and some nice front shocks and the banshee will turn with the best of em.... and dont even bring up electric start vs kickstart. My 9 year old son can kickstart my modded banshee, and I can kickstart my banshee with my *** planted on the seat. I could probalby start my banshee faster than your electric motor turns over your big 4 stroke motors....

You can soup all these quads up to an even playing feild on the suspension and handling departments.... but the Banshee runs away in the motor dept. 2 stroke+ 2 cylinder+ 2 exhaust+2 carbs = untouchable.

take no offense guys..... id luv to own a raptor some day.... just stating my 2 cents

Meat.....i don't understand how a person can say who cares about handling. Have you ever raced? Have you ever gone trail riding? Well if you have then you would know that handling is very important. The banshee can't turn for crap. And also you put all the engine money in and your tires will just spin all day. So really you will get now where with your 12 year old piece of garbage,

come on man,no need to get pissy. That "12 year old piece of crap" would open alot of eyes, a slight motor investment (less than $1000) and new shocks, the Shee would be untouchable.

surfer you must have not read the things meat said about suspension upgrades. You must lack the common knowledge to read what you are running your mouth about.I sold my 400ex for a banshee and it was a decision i will never regret. As for turning my banshee turns fine it may not be the best handeling bike on the track but what it lacks in suspension it makes up for in sheer horsepower. And your 400 cant touch it in that department and never will.As for peice of crap lets get it out on the track and i will put you and your 400 in its place.
