what would thinner cylinder base gaskets on a banshee do exactely to the performance? it says they change the port timing or something like that. they are available from veto's racing. they have 2 sizes available.
what would this change as far as performance?

It might change the port timing a little, but I wouldnt imagine very much, they are used to increase compression for running higher octane gas or race gas, I hear they are hard to get a good seal? But dont know for fact.

I wouldn't run a thinner base gasket, you will take to big of chance of it not sealing, then you could end up with a low RPM or idling performance, or if you holding a long rev, like say at the dunes, you can actually "suck" the gasket and burn down the cylinder(s).
