Bigkdawg,

Wassup I see you are in the Air Force also. I know a few people up there in Elmendorf. As a matter of fact this guy that works with me is PCSing up there Sunday to Eilson (cant' spell). I am stationed here at Shaw AFB, SC.

I just ordered the same slip on for my raptor. It hasn't been delivered to my dealer yet, but I have already been on the FMF site trying to get all the info I could, so I would know the jetting and things to get my Raptor running right the first time.

I have e-mialed them twice with no response yet. But I do know, the jetting they recommend is for the slip on and the powerbomb header. So I am thinking you probably could have stayed with the stock settings.

With out the aftermarket header I don't think you will have to rejet, actually there dyno runs of the Raptor says they used stock jetting with the full exhaust also.

Another sign is the black plug also lends me to think it is too rich.

Good luck and maybe I will see you around the Air Force sometime.
