I'd make it lower. Now I do realize that it does have a tall motor, but they still could have come up with a way to make it just a little bit lower.

 

A lower reverse gear would be my first choice. Second would be to move the front part of the rear fenders away from the foot pegs. My riding boots have that section of the fenders scratched up pretty bad. I know it sounds petty but I like to keep my rides as nice as possible.

I would have made it wider, front and rear.

 

Make two models; Raptor R (restricted version) & Raptor S ( super version). The R would stay the same, but the S model wouldn't have any reverse & using the reverse gear and making it into a forward gear which would add about 30mph to the top speed. Also, making the S version wider for stability purposes. O.K. Yahama give a try and watch how sales will boom....
