How do u make a Warrior Smoke a 400ex

Hi what mods would i need in order to smoke a 400ex please specify all mods and web sites if you can i have a 2000 warrior and its bore over 10. and i have pro desgin air filter and White Bros R4, By the way I have realtor tires i need to find a gearing that would make my Warrior have more top speed what gearing combo can i go with i currently have 14T front 40T in the back Thanx [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-mad.gif[/img]

well take all that stuff and put it on a 400ex or 250r frame, and add a 400kit from Team Alba and say bye bye honda

You dont. The 400ex is not like the warrior on old techonogy. Aslo 50cc's cn add up more power. You could easily make your warrior keep up, but not smoke the ex....

First you have to teach the Warrior how to smoke..... Then you have to convince it that smoking is OK.

Sorry, I couldn't help myself. I own a Warrior, and I am sad to say that the 400EX is not going to be smoked by a Warrior... unless you spend $$$ thousands $$$ of dollars. (you could try building a really large smoker, but you'd have to be carefull of how much heat that was generated).

Making a warrior faster than a 400ex will be a bit of a problem, Exspecially if the ex is modded. A cam and valve job would be a good boost. Telling us you have realators is not very useful, what size are they? Warriors are limited by the case area around the front sprocket, I think a 15t will fit on, if you use a dremel and CAREFULLY remove some of the metal around the sprocket. A smaller rear sprocket will help some, but the front sprocket affects it more than the back one does. A high compression piston is another good thing, The powerband will be a bit wider, and accelleration will be a little quicker. Since 4-stroke motors dont need to be rebuild alot, I would go with at least a 40 overbore, Unless you feel like throwing out the cash for a big bore cylinder.. In anycase if you are really serious about whooping a 400ex it will cost quiet a few $$$.. If you find the perfect combo, Let everyone know as it is probably a much wanted formula!! Hmmm.. Thanx everyone but no thanx I keep up with 400exs when i just had my stock tires and my FMF Powercore$ squared pipe if the 400exs miss shifted then id pull more more closer up,Im pretty sure by putting the team alba kit in my warrior it would "OUT-Run not Smoke by oil ok u dumb nutz" the 400ex now i know everyone says its a fast machine but my Warrior right now i just got to get the gearing combos right im gonna go out tomorrow and buy itp hole shots or turf tamers and then ill see how my warrior does if it improves then ill drop the rear sprocket to like 2T down and bump up the front.Now if that doesnt work you know what im gonna do im gonna either put powrolls 430cc kit in the beast with practually all of yteam albaa springs, titanium valves,and 430. lift Cam,And a Je race piston kit. now here's my other question what type of Vp fuel do i need to run my warrior on? and of there is mixing with gasoline can u tell me how much ?[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-disgusted.gif[/img]

Why is it that people say for about 500 bucks you can get a 400EX as fast as a Raptor, but trying to get a Warrior faster than a 400EX seems virtually impossible to you people? As I see it a warrior needs about 5 more HP to be the same speed as a 400EX, and a few more to beat it, that doesn't seem so unattainable.
