I plan on getting a raptor this fall. I am saving my money for aftermarket parts and I am thinking of getting the TCS shocks first since it`s not really hurting for power but the chassis does need improvements. Is this a good idea since it lowers the front and rear end 3 inches? After the shocks the axle?

 

go with the Elka's. Little bit cheaper and just as good without the wait.

Well if I wuz you I would just sell that raptor and get a 400ex then you won't havta worry about shocks.

Naw don't think so.

 

MrDumbAss, the 400EX suspension is far from perfect. Any serious rider on any stock quad will have to upgrade the shocks. How many pros do you see running stock 400EX shocks? Umm, none. If they were that great they'd be using them.

 

I don`t want a 400ex because, first off the shocks aren`t that good and with the raptor I wouldn`t half to spend all kinds of money on the engine to get it up to speed.
