what is the TORS syslem exactly and what happens if you remove it? Sorry if it has been answered before I just want to know cause I never heard of it until last year and have been wondering what it was.

 

It's a system that will kill your quad if one carb gets stuck open. I have a 91 Banshee, and I disconnected mine, and it runs fine. My Dad has a 99, and when we attempted to disconnect his it died. I think they made some electrical change, but I'm not sure what year they did it. I think Toomey makes a kit that removes it all, and gives you normal carb caps, so it looks a lot cleaner.
