home made grip glue

What is a good recepe for home made grip glue? i have herd windex but it seems to mot work so good, anyhow, anyone know some good recepes?

I have heard that 3M weatherstrip cement is the way to go - but have never used it !?

soap and water...then superglue....it works maricles!
