WHAASSUPP!!!!!!
I'm 14 years old and looking to by a new quad.I already own a 250ex and i like it but i want something bigger and better.I drove the Warrior and i liked it. How does the 400ex compare?I ride lots of rocky trails, mud, steep hill climbs and all that crap.Which is a better jumper? The only thing i don't like about the 400ex is no reverse.I look foward to your input.Thanks.

You can search, this topic has been covered many times, but here are the basics.

Jumping-400ex
Mud-I would say the 400ex, but when you do get stuck, the warrior will be easier to get unstuck
Trails-400ex
Hills-warrior
Handling-400ex
Power-400ex
Reverse-Warrior

I guess just pick which one will work for you better.

Why the warrior for hills? The 400 has more tourqe, hp, is lighter, and has better suspention. I say 400ex all the way. It is a newer design, and a really fun quad.

The Warrior does not compare to a 400 EX. Go 400 unless you have your heart set on a Warrior.

From the expirience I have had, the warriors lower power (but still plenty to climb a hill) makes it easier to manage going up a hill. And the fact that the warriors front end is alot heavier than the 400exs. The 400ex will only beat a warrior if there is plenty of room
to get a run at the hill. We have three long hills we go up. On the one with the run up it i will eat the warrior alive seeing how i can climb it in second and 3rd gear. On the other two, I will still make it up them, buti sometimes feel the front end coming up so i clutch it and grab the break and roll right back down. Whereas the warrior just putts up in in first gear.
