Still not sure which set of tires to put on the Warrior. Razrs or Holeshots. I think the rear tires will perform the same but when looking at the front tires the Razrs have the center row of ***** where the Holeshots have a few rows of *****. This tire choice may come down to a decision of the better front tire. Can anybody help me with this decision?

I have the Holeshot XCT and I love them for rough trails
and general riding. No puntures yet either. Later

They are both good. The Razr fronts are goodformud and loam, they act as fins kinda. The holeshots are best for hardpacked dirt. I would get a set of each fronts. If you go ride in the mud, put the razrs on, if it is dry and hardpack, put the holeshots on.

I think it would depend on what type of surface your riding on. I raced my brother this weekend on soft sand, he has a blaster that was stock (installed pipe and filter last night)with stock tires. We pulled up to the start and looked at each other to see who would go first. I was going to wait until I seen he hit it and use that as my key to start. He won both times I did this, and on dry hard pack with both bikes in stock form i would win every time doing this. So the third time I didn't wait to see him hit it I jumped and let him respond to me and won. It felt like I was just digging in right off the start. I think the Razrs would be better in sand because of the larger deeper lugs they have. By the time we hit third gear I would start to pull on him considerably but the stock tires on his blaster just seem to get better traction in the sand. He would jump out to about a 2 1/2 quad lenght lead if I waited on him to go. We're going to race this weekend on hard pack and let someone else drop an arm to signal the start and we'll see how that comes out.

I just put on a set of Bandit XCR 6ply fronts, They seem real heavy duty. All I do is trail ride so I wanted a tough tire. I figured the 6ply would be the ticket.

i have 6 ply razrs on the front of my warrior and i ride in sandy dirt, hard pack, loose stuff, and muddy stuff...i do not have any complaints about their hookup in all those conditons except sloppy mud..they seem to push a lil in that...but everywhere alse they just hook up great and dont roll at all...they even do good in light snow/frozen ground...but holeshots probably work the same...
