CARB HELP!!!!!
#1
I have bought a 94 Badger for my sons, it was in rough shape but after alot of time and money it's not to bad now. EXECPT the carb! It has been sticking open at times. So I took it apart and cleaned it real good (thinking it might have some dirt in it). When I put it back together, the slide went right in and I put the top back on and tried the throttle. Well it didn't work so off came the top but this time the slide will not, no matter what, come back out!!! Short of destroying the slide and the needle, I don't see a way of getting it back out. Can anybody help me get it back out? Is there any secretes for getting a stuck slide out?

Are you sure that you did not tighten the idle adjustment screw onto the slide?
I know it is possible to do it on my banshee....I'm not even sure where or if the badger even has one.
As far as tips for getting the stuck one out. I'm not sure I can help you there. If it were me...I would probably try to grab the top of it with a plier or the like...twist, pull and pray.
Good luck.
