Well i finally recived it and put it on last night. The white bros. silencer comes with all the hardware you need and is very easy to install. It has a great look and comes with 12 disc. This pipe is quite loud with all the disc i brought it down to 6 and its still has a very respectablt rumble. Unfortunately its raining here so didnt take it out for a ride yet. we'll see how it performs this weekend !

check your plug!!..It going to be lean

run it with the most discs you can. less disc is richer..more discs is leaner

also get your self a cordless screwdriver and and allen bit that will fit those bolts. Becuase chaging the discs by hand is a royal pain....and after a while you will wind up stripping the bolts..and one more thing..didi you remeber to keep the stock gasket that goes in between the stock slip on and the header? If not you WILL lose power..

ok thats all..sorry just teaching you what i learned the hard way..LOL

In place of the gasket just use some hi-temp silicon. Also keep 12 disk in it. IT will be a little rich. If you want get the quit core insert. I did and it is as loud as stock but with a lot more bite.

When I put on my E-series, the little gasket stayed in the stock muffler when I pulled it off. I just reached inside the muffler and pulled it right out. I started the Raptor up in the garage, had to plug my ears because of the "straight-pipe-Harley" sound, and then reduced the number of discs to 8. It has MUCH more power all through the RPM range, but especially the low end.

Good luck,
Lorrin

Well friday night I took a look at the old silencer and with a little work I removed the Gasket with out destroying it. That took care of the air leak! Went out today for a ride on a small track . What a diffrence the low end power gain is great. If the top end is even a 10th of the bottom ill be very happy! Way to go WHITE BROS.
